Yesterday morning, I team taught the newest Bodypump release, and I absolutely LOVED it. I attended my Bodypump initial training module at the end of April, so I don’t have too many releases under my belt. That being said, this one is very “back to basics,” and although I have not taught releases from several years ago I have taken classes with some of those tracks and I can completely see how this release mirrors some of the older releases.
The music in each release, at least to me, gives the workout a different feel. Some are a bit more grungy and hardcore, some are happier and lighter, this release has a really fun feel that totally makes me want to sing along through the entire workout. Starting my day with the new release was an amazing way to get the morning started and put me in a great mood.
I have been trying something new for breakfast the past couple of days.
I have been making myself little quinoa breakfast parfaits, and they seriously taste like pudding. The quinoa adds a slightly chewy texture and a nutty flavor. I love it!
- Plain, nonfat, Greek yogurt mixed with stevia and nut and butter extract
If you haven’t tried sweet quinoa, I highly recommend it!
