I love creating my own workouts.
It’s truly a creative outlet for me, but many times I create a workout and then forget how much I liked it the first couple of times around and never go back to it!
Just like my recipe roundup back in February, I thought it would be fun to go back and revisit some of my favorite workouts that I have posted here on TITK. Some of the workouts I create are focused on strength training, some are focused on working the entire body, some are focused on working the core, and there are a variety of cardio workouts too. Today, I want to share a sampling of each type of workout to showcase a little bit of everything 🙂
