Travel Workout Roundup

Next week, Brian and I will be on a family vacation in Myrtle Beach and I cannot wait!

That being said, I’m definitely not going to stress about finding a gym to get my movement in each day because I have an awesome collection of bodyweight workouts that need ZERO equipment.  I can literally do these workouts anywhere, and so can you!
